AGENDA take a minute blog corrections week 7: LINES lit circles essays HW Essays due 3/4 Read toward IRP Goal! We all walked in and took our agendas out and started writing the agenda down. After we finished writing the agenda Jazlyn and Emilie came up to present their blog. After they finished presenting the blog they had to choose someone to come and work on the next blog. Then Jazlyn chooses Anibal to come and work on the blog and Anibal chooses Mateo to come and help on the blog with him. Ms. Nakada then told us to take our notebooks out so we can write everything down that she writes. Ms. Nakada then passed a paper around so we can glue it onto our paper in our English notebook. She then played a video so we can listen to what the lady was saying. After the video was over we all took notes then the bell was about to ring so we all packed up to be dismissed after the bell.

 AGENDA Take-A-Minute Blog-Corrections Week 7: Song Lit-Circles Essays HW: Essays Due 3/2 Read Toward IRP Goal! The bell rang and the class sat down.  After, half of the class left to get something. For the rest of the class, they did essays. When everybody came back, we took a minute. Afterwards, we talked about the song of the week and talked about what the song meant. Then, we packed up and left.

Agenda take a minute blog correction  week 7: Grammar Quote lit. circle essays HW  Essays due 3/2 Read toward  Goal! First, we sat down and took out our Binder Reminders while taking a minute. W e took out our notebooks, and we finished our week 7 : Grammar, Quote about "Essay Basics: like the five needed keys to an essay including Introduction, three body paragraphs and finally a conclusion. We  began going over Literature circles for the week.

Then, everyone took out their binder reminders and wrote down the agenda. After that, everyone took out their English notebooks and talked about Billie Holiday.   AGEDNDA  take a minute blog corrections week 6:Grammar and Quote  Student Led  Conferencing HW complete lit. circle Books SLC on Thursday 5-7 pm We walked into class and sat down. Then, we took our binder reminders out and wrote the agenda. Iris picked Valeria to write the next blog, and Valeria picked Jazlyn to write it with her. Next we took our notebooks out and started to write the grammar. Afterwards, we wrote the quote of the week and what it meant. Then, we  worked on the student led conference letter. Then, the bell rang and we left to our 6th period class.

AGENDA take a minute   blog corrections week 5: Song Lines book projects gallery walk HW: Read 100 pages in lit circles this week Book projects due Thursday  We came from third period. Everybody sat down in their seats and took out their binder reminders. Then, we wrote down the agenda in our binder reminders. After we were done, Ayoob read his blog. After he was done, Ayoob chose Iris to do the blog. Then, Iris chose Jazlyn to help her with the blog. Afterwards, we listened to the song "About love" by Marina. After that, we discussed the lines. Then, we worked on our book projects for a little while. The bell rang, we all packed up and went home.

 Agenda Take a minute blog corrections  week5: question literature circles We sat down and took out our agendas. The,n Vlada 💀💀💀💀💀read the blog and chose Ayoob. After that, we took out our English notebooks, reviewed the grammar and quote and then answered the questino about love. Then, we read a book. After, we packed up and left.

AGENDA Take a minute Blog corrections week 4: Lines Literature Circles HW: Read 100 pages of your literature circle books. BOOK PROJECT DUE: FEB. 12 The bell rang, and we all came into class. Ms. Nakada told us to take out our binder reminders. Then, Jimmy read his blog. After that, Ms. Nakada told Natalie to do the blog next, and Natalie picked Vlada. Everyone did the lines by Langston Hughes. Everyone took some notes and after all of us were done Ms. Nakada told us to take out a piece of paper. Ms. Nakada gave us an assignment to write about us. Finally, we started doing our Literature Circles. Then, the bell rang, and everyone packed up. Then, Ms. Nakada dismissed us.

After, everyone sat down and started to write the agenda in their binder reminders. When everyone was done, Ms. Nakada told Alex and Andy to come up to read their blog. After they were done, they picked Jimmy to do the blog. Jimmy picked Rodrigo to come help him with the blog. Then, Ms. Nakada put on the song "Freedom" by Beyonce and Kendrick Lamar. After, we started to talk about the song and what it was about. Alex then asked to see a video of a flood. Next, we started to take notes about it and look at the lyrics. Then, we did our literature circles. After the bell rang, we left.

The class starts to take notes on the weekly question. Everyone spends five mins to write three ways to celebrate the 100th year of Black History Month. Then, the class gets into their literature groups and the class starts reading their books. After reading, everyone wrote a summary of what they read. Finally, we were dismissed.

We took our books out and wrote the Agenda down. After we were done writing it down, Janet and Sebastian came up to present their blog to the whole class. After they were done presenting, they had to choose someone to work on the blog. They then chose Mateo and he then chose Anibal to work on the blog with him. We then started working on the blog and taking notes on what Ms. Nakada is telling us to take notes of. Then, Ms. Nakada tells us to turn to our next page in our English notebooks and has us label it "Literature Circles" and has us make groups. Ms. Nakada then was asking us if we wanted to read the same book or if we'd like to read a different book. We chose to read the same book as Ms. Nakada, and the title of the book is called The Field Guide To The North American Teenager . After we chose our g...
