 Agenda Take a Minute  Blog Corrections  Week 3: Lines  Reader's Workshop HW: Finish Books This Week! The bell rang, we sat down in our seats, and we took out our binder reminders. While we were writing in our binder reminders, Ms. Nakada put on the take a minute video. After the take a minute video, Ms. Nakada told Naela and Kelly to read their blog. After they read their blog, Ms. Nakada did blog corrections. After Ms. Nakada finished, Naela and Kelly picked Janet, and Janet picked Sebastian to help with the blog. Next, Ms. Nakada passed out our lines of the week, and we glued them onto our English Notebooks. Then, Ms. Nakada started reading the lines. After Ms. Nakada read the lines, she asked the class to read the lines. After the class read the lines, Ms. Nakada wrote things on what the lines were about, and we wrote what she wrote down in our English Notebooks.  Agenda Take~ a ~ minute blog corrections Week 3: song readers workshop HW : finish books this week! We came into class, sat down and took out our agendas. Ms. Nakada later then put on the take a minute. After, Ms. Nakada put the song of the week "A Change Is Gonna Come" by Sam Cooke. Then, we started talking about the lyrics.We later took out our books and read for 10 minutes. We later got done reading, the bell rang, and we left for sixth period.

  Agenda Take- a -minute Blog Corrections Week 3: Question Readers Workshop Homework: Finish book this week! We walked into class, sat down, and wrote down our daily agendas. During that, Ms. Nakada put on the take a minute video. Then, Michael and TJay went up to read their sixth blog. After they finished, they picked Ella, and she asked Rosy to help. Soon after, Ms. Nakada told the class to take out our English books so we could write down the question of the week. This week's question is "What is justice? How do we work for a more just world?" Later after the question, we took out our books and took time to read quietly.  A few minutes later, the bell rang, and we got ready to leave for our sixth period.

 Take a minute Blog corrections  Week 3: Grammar Quote  Reader's workshop HW Finish books by this week! The bell rung. We all sat down and wrote our agendas while Ms. Nakada put on take a minute. After everyone was done writing the agenda, the class took out their English notebooks. Then, Ms. Nakada talked bout adjectives and nouns and verbs. After, we did the quote. Once we finished, we read our books.

 Take a minute  Blog corrections Summaries BR check Readers workshop Week 2 Quiz HW: Read toward finishing books by next week. The bell rang as Ms. Nakada greeted us at the door. As we walked in, we sat down in our seats. Then, we took out our notebooks, and binder reminders and wrote down the agenda. After we wrote down the agenda, she told us to write a short summary in the bottom of our binder reminders. Shortly after, Ms. Nakada did a binder reminder check. Then, we took out our chromebooks to take the week 2 quiz. Finally, the bell rang, and we packed up to leave.

 Agenda take a minute blog/corrections week 2 : Lines readers workshop HW Read toward the finishing books by next week! The bell rang. Everyone came in and sat down. While Ms. Nakada was turning on the take a minute, we took out our agendas and wrote everything down. After that, Jimmy and Keller read their blog, and Ms. Nakada made corrections on their blog after they were done reading it. Then, we took out our notebooks and wrote lines "What Is Your Life's Blueprint?" by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. After everyone wrote it down, Ms. Nakada played a video for these lines. We read a quote and the text for "What Is Your Life's Blueprint?" Then, we wrote some stuff down. Afterwards, we listened to a speech called "I Have a Dream" by Martin Luther King Jr. When we were done everyone packed up and left for sixth period.

  Agenda Take a minute Blog corrections  Week 2: Question Song  Reader's workshop HW:  Read toward finishing books by next week The bell rang, and we went into the class. While we were writing the agenda, Ms. Nakada put on the take a minute video. Afterwards, Chris went up to read the blog. When he was done reading the blog, he picked Jimmy to do the blog. Jimmy picked Keller to help him with the blog. After that, we listened to a podcast. When we were done listening to the podcast, Ms. Nakada told everyone to read their books. After that, the bell rang, and we all left.

 Take a minute blog corrections Week 2: Grammar quote reader's workshop HW read towards finishing books by next week! We entered class and sat down. Everybody took out their binder reminders and started to write down the agenda. After that, Ms. Nakada pressed play on the take a minute video. Then, everybody started to take notes in their English notebooks. After that, we took out our books to read for five minutes. After that, we packed up and left to sixth period.

Then, we all sat down and got into our seats to take out our books and write down the agenda. Then, right after we took a minute, Rodrigo and Andy read their blog. Once Rodrigo and Andy finished with their blog, we started to read our books. Once we finished reading we had to do the week 1 quiz.

After that, the teacher told the class to take out their notebook to take notes. Then, Ms. Nakada gave us a paper from a poem to glue on our paper, and we watched a video. After, we started to read the poem and write notes about it. Then, Ms. Nakada gave us some time to read our books we picked to read. After, we wrote summaries on our notebooks and we started to learn and take notes about the words. Then, we started to pack up, the bell rang, and we went to sixth period.

 AGENDA Take a minute Blog Corrections Week 1: Song  A.C.E.  Reader's / Writer's Workshop HW Read toward 100 pages for the week The bell rang, we sat down and took a minute to ourselves. After, we took a minute, Ayoob read his blog and picked Emilie. Then, Ms. Nakada put on this week's song called "Shallow" by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. Next, we wrote what the song meant to us in our own words, then picked out our favorite lyric. After, we did our song of the week, Ms. Nakada told us to take out our books and read for 10 minutes. Then, we did our A.C.E. paper about the book that we are reading. After, the bell rang, and we packed up and left for the Sixth period.

Then, Vlada read the blog and she picked Ayoob. After that, we took out our notebooks and wrote the notes. Then, we packed up and left.

Agenda take a minute blog corrections week 1: Grammar, Quote Word of the year HW: Spring semester reading plan The bell rang. All of us lined up and waited for Ms. Nakada to tell us where we sit. After that, We took out our agendas while Ms. Nakada was turning on take a minute we wrote the agenda down. Then, we took out our notebooks and wrote the Grammar and then a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson. When we were done with our quote Ms. Nakada gave us a paper called "My 2026 word of the year." Then, the bell rang and everyone packed up and left.
